I am so excited to introduce these limited edition Halloween Chocolate Dipped Caramels. These hand dipped chocolate covered caramels are a classic combination. The caramels are soft, but do not stick to your teeth. They are buttery and creamy and just the right size for about 3 bites (if you are being polite😬).
